All lamps can be used for the PAL photocatalytic applications, as specifically designed in order to have the best environment illuminance qualities and air purification effectiveness.
The main distinguishing features for the best performance in terms of purification are:
a) The widest possible screen surface treatable with the photocatalyst;
b) Usage of LEDs with emission in the spectrum of visible light, which ensure:
- Best illuminance
- Visual comfort
- Efficacy activation of the photocatalyst
The nano photocatalyst material used in the treatment of the lamps is a photocatalyst responsive to VISIBLE LIGHT with a higher decomposition capacity (up to 20 times) compared with Titanium Dioxide (TiO2).
Were performed lab test that verified the effectiveness of antibacterial performance on: E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Legionella pneumophila, and Cladosporium cladosporioides.
